Restorative Yoga & Sound Journey

Restorative Yoga & Tibetan Sound Healing — Ganesha Frequency

This restorative journey calls upon the steady, benevolent frequency of Ganesha — the remover of obstacles, the guardian of thresholds, the wisdom of beginning again.

Through stillness, breath, mantra, and sound, we explore
the wisdom of truth
the wisdom of surrender
and the remembering that obstacles dissolve not through force or effort,
but through sweet, seated surrender.

Om Gam Ganapataye Namaha
A mantra of devotion, grounding, and inner alignment — inviting clarity where there was confusion, ease where there was strain.

What to expect

  • Restorative yoga to soften the body and quiet the nervous system

  • Guided meditation & mantra led by Sala

  • Tibetan bowl sound healing & frequency activation by Prashani

  • A deeply grounding space to release resistance and allow life to move again

Live Flute Sound Journey & Guided Meditation

live flute sound and guided meditation, this evening invites the nervous system to soften, the heart to unclench, and the body to remember safety. Krishna’s flute is approached not as mythology or performance, but as breath moving through emptiness — a living metaphor for coherence, devotion, and surrender without collapse.

The flute becomes breath.
Breath becomes listening.
Listening becomes love remembering itself.

This is not a workshop, ceremony, or performance.
It is a listening.
A remembering.
A gentle return to the heart.
