This offering is an invitation to slow down and rest deeply in the intelligence of the body.
Through gentle restorative yoga, guided meditation, and the resonant tones of Tibetan sound bowls, this practice supports nervous system regulation, emotional release, and a return to inner balance. It is designed for moments when the body feels tired, the mind feels noisy, or the heart longs for softness and safety.
Restorative postures are fully supported with props, allowing the body to relax without effort. As the body settles, sound waves from the Tibetan bowls move through the space and the body’s inner waters, calming the mind and guiding the nervous system into a state of deep rest and repair.
Sound is not used as performance but as medicine. Each vibration invites release, coherence, and a remembering of the body’s natural rhythm. Breath softens, thoughts slow, and the body is given permission to let go.
