The focus is on education, safety, and respect—exploring ceremonial frameworks, ethical engagement, preparation, and integration, rather than techniques or experiences. We look at how plant teachers have been held within traditional knowledge systems, discuss responsible approaches including microdosing at a conceptual level, and place strong emphasis on discernment, boundaries, and care. The Eight Limbs of Yoga workshop offers a clear understanding of yoga beyond physical postures. It explores how modern yoga has become centred on movement alone, often overshadowing the wider philosophical and ethical framework of the practice. Through discussion, reflection, and practical examples, we look at the eightfold path—yama, niyama, asana, pranayama, pratyahara, dharana, dhyana, and samadhi—and how these principles inform how we live, teach, and hold space both on and off the mat.

Eastern Gods for Western Minds is a workshop and conscious discussion exploring Eastern deities as frequencies, archetypes, and states of awareness. The session looks at how these energies have been misunderstood, simplified, or mythologised through Western lenses, and reintroduces them as living symbols connected to psychology, devotion, and embodied practice.
