Prakriti: The Blueprint
Your entire cosmic fingerprint was decided at conception.
Think about that, your body, your habits, your tendencies, your superpowers, your triggers… not random.
Your Prakriti is your original design.
The unedited, untraumatised, pre-Instagram version of you.
It’s what your soul picked for this lifetime.
Prakriti explains why:

• some dissolve like water,
• some float like air,
• and some hold the ground like earth.

When your elements go off-balance, your life starts acting out like a telenovela.
Suddenly you’re deep-cleaning your house at 11pm, as if the President is visiting.
Or scrolling Grindr like your thumb is training for the Olympics. (We’ve all been there. No shame.)
Or attracting the same kind of heartbreak in a different pair of jeans.
Or pushing away perfectly good love because - “it’s too much.”
Or numbing out. Exploding. Shutting down. Self-sabotaging your most sacred intentions.
Ayurveda reminds you:
