Gatherings
Workshops - Events - Collaborations
Spaces to meet yourself, in community.
I curate, create and facilitate these gatherings as an extension of my own practice and art.
They bring together practitioners, wisdom and offerings from many lineages, held with care, respect and honour for where they come from.

RADHA GOVINDA
RADHA GOVINDA
Songs of Devotion & Belonging
Join us for an evening of kīrtan at The Queer Temple, Salasbananas Yoga & Art Studio in Talpe.
Kīrtan is a devotional practice of singing sacred names and mantras. In the call-and-response form we will share, one voice leads and the gathering answers. Repetition gives us time to become familiar with the words, listen more closely and participate at our own pace.
Our evening takes its name from Radha and Govinda, a name of Krishna. Their devotional relationship offers the inspiration for our gathering: love, longing and the possibility of becoming intimate with what we hold sacred.
We welcome you to explore that invitation through sound and shared presence.

Restorative Yoga & Sound Journey
Om Mani Padme Hum – Quan Yin Sound & Restorative Journey
with Sala & Prashani
In the fire and movement of a new year, we gather to soften.
This restorative yoga and Tibetan bowl sound healing session is guided by the compassionate frequency of Quan Yin — the embodiment of mercy, listening, and unconditional love. Quan Yin teaches us that true strength is found in tenderness, and that deep transformation arises not from force, but from allowing.
Through gentle restorative yoga postures, mantra, and immersive sound, the body is invited into profound rest. The nervous system settles. The heart opens. The mind quietens. Sound becomes a listening field — meeting what is present without judgement, and holding it with care.
At the center of this journey is the mantra Om Mani Padme Hum, a sacred vibration that awakens compassion within the heart and reminds us of the jewel that lives inside the lotus of our human experience.
This session is especially supportive for:
those feeling emotionally or energetically stretched
creatives and sensitives navigating a fast-paced world
anyone longing to rest, release, and be gently held
No prior experience is needed. Come as you are, and allow yourself to be supported by stillness, sound, and softness.
